Trial Terms & Conditions

Purpose of Trial: This trial is meant for evaluation purposes. Vendors will have access to all features of the I-Mend platform during the trial period, allowing them to assess its suitability for their business needs.

Duration: The trial period lasts for 60 days from the date of sign-up. Post-trial, vendors will need to select a subscription plan to continue accessing the platform.

Data & Privacy: Any data uploaded or entered by the vendor during the trial remains the property of the vendor. I-Mend guarantees confidentiality and will not use, share, or sell vendor data without explicit consent.

Support: Vendors on trial will have access to limited support via email. Full support options are available upon subscribing to a plan.

Termination: Vendors can opt-out of the trial at any point. Post the trial period, accounts not transitioned to a subscription will be deactivated, and data may be retained for a specific duration, after which it will be purged.

No Financial Obligation: The trial is free of charge. Vendors will not be billed unless they choose to subscribe post-trial.

Feedback: Vendors are encouraged to provide feedback during and post-trial, which will help in the continuous improvement of the I-Mend platform.

Limitations: I-Mend reserves the right to limit or revoke trial access if it is found that the platform is being used inappropriately or against the intended purpose.
